QDxlogo

The project concept and program specification have proposed and principally approved by MOPH and TMI.
This program has implemented to function as-is, to provide the ease of medical terminology usage, promoting the validity and completeness of electronic medical records.

The author will not guarantee the result of abusive or misuse of the program and will not responsible for any economic or financial consequences from the program usage.

Any valid issues can be reported to the issues section.

ATTENTION

  • This program requires administrative runtime permission to work properly with any programs. So the user may be notified to allow administrative permission in every time the program starts. A workaround to subside this is to change the User Account Control (UAC) in the Windows system setting to minimum.

  • Default working Hospital Information System (HIS) / Office applications include HOSxP 2.x, HOSxP 3.x, HOSxP XE 4.x, Web browser-based (Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox), Notepad and Microsoft Word. Any other running applications to work with may be instantly accepted or can be added via the program setting (QDx monitoring list).

Changes

Bugs:

  • Another Excel file reference data reading-writing error fixed.
  • Application text sending in the Thai language fixed.

Improves:

  • Deprecated SELECTIVE WINDOW MODE, due to interference by the accessing method of selective window user interface mode. Calling the program by hitting <Ctrl> or <Shift> twice will no longer applicable.

News:

  • QDx template data ready. For sample of QDx template file (*.qxt), download ICD10Simplified2017_En_Sample.qxt

  • Security-integrity enhanced file capability added.

  • Import/Export QDx template file (*.qxt) function added on the QDx tray icon right-click menu.

  • To show the QDx program User Interface (UI), simply press keyboard buttons:

Known Issue

  • This program may not work properly with Microsoft Edge web browser due to its underlying modern API beyond the scope of developing framework.

  • This program requires at least .NET Framework 4.0 and Windows Installer 3.1.

  • User Interface mess-up fixed.

Improves:

  • Main program entry moves to the system tray QDx icon, with simple mouse right-click menu. For more convenience, please set Windows system notification tray setting to always show the QDx icon just like the system language indicator.
  • Easier text search logic works just like typing in the Google's search box. More sophisticated search method added by using prefix as +, & or - to include, intercept or exclude each expression. Default logic (typing without prefix) is & which implements intercept to the expression.
  • Menu system re-evaluated, now the program can close, exit or restart anytime the user prefers.
  • This version now fully supports both of English and Thai language input. Unicode text input for other languages support may acceptable.
  • Verbose Mode and Debug Mode added.

News:

  • Fullscreen Mode added, no bothering program window with transparent to the desktop, simply activate the system tray QDx icon just like the way of changing system keyboard input language.

Currently, this version fully supports the English language input. Other languages input support may develop soon.
