Add POST functionality to view queries, based on existence of the `keys` parameter
… that should signal to nano that it should POST to the view, and send along the keys as a JSON-encoded packet, rather than a GET request.

It is an idempotent call and everything, but anyway...
This way the headers can be more cleanly ignored (by providing a two-parameter callback). This seems to be the case most of the time. This is an API-breaking change.
