Planning Poker over socket.io

• THIS IS A WORK IN PROGRESS
• I took the previous one using PeerJS and changed it around to work with socket.io. This might help with NAT traversal

Usage

• Host it somewhere.
• Or download it and node start or nodemon
• It will host the socket.io and the static stuff via Express
