To update:
- fetch MLS data from https://location.services.mozilla.com/downloads and extract the package
- delete the data directories to make sure there will be no leftover
- make sure geoclue-provider-mlsdb-tool is installed
- execute "./updateData.sh <the_data_file>"
- add the data directories to git commit
