We tried to explore the possibility of getting the DuckDuckGo Plus extension working in SeaMonkey but it seems that there are many dependencies that SeaMonkey just does not provide.
It would be still nice to see this extension working on SeaMonkey so if anyone would be willing to tackle this challenge feel free to do so and let us know!

Seamonkey is the successor of the old Mozilla suite. It features the same engine like Firefox, only the front end aka the UI is different. So the add-on would only need a small additional added code to be compatible!
Really would be nice to see support for Seamonkey, thanks!
SeaMonkey while bundles jetpack as part of its backend only has partial SDK support especially when addressing front end stuff. (The SDK is lacking in support for SeaMonkey in some areas as well)
