  1. Link to aggregate scaladoc.

  2. Make Scala sources pygmentizable on website.

Scala sources will be included in the website war. The pygmentizeResource
helper can then be used to include them on the page. The advantage is that
we can compile our examples before we render them.

  3. Pygmentize the website.

Install Python pygments to make the website project look pretty. Or
    prettier, anyway.

  5. Use Specs2 for Scala 2.8.1 even in Scala 2.8.0.

Specs2-1.1 had snapshots, but no release, for Scala 2.8.0.

  1. [abomination] Explicitly cast to structural Attributes type.

The structural type works at runtime, but it fails in incremental compiles
and scaladoc generation, apparently due to a raw return type. We save
substantial boilerplate with the structural type, so we'll hold our noses
    until Servlet 3.0.

  1. Revert "Adds a render pipeline and basic example"

    This reverts commit 19d6daa. For
Scalatra 2.1, we are going to instead go with a typeclass solution.

  2. Remove parent POM.

In Maven, children depend on their parents. In sbt, parents depend on
their children. This causes an ugly circular dependency when
publishing. We can safely remove the parent POM because this
information is DRY in the sbt build.
