Path in configs to resolve ( ~ )

Hi

As I have no idea how the notifiication determines what icon to use, so I would like to managed them in my own folder that sits in my home dir. To make my config universal, the expansion of tilde ~ would be awesome as I would not have to change the config per user.

Resolving a $HOME variable would also be acceptable.

I would like to have this feature, right now I have to set full path.

Ouch, this was such stupid nobrainer from myself. 🤦‍♂️ I just introduced the ~ support by myself in #351. I added basically everywhere the support for a prefixed ~, but not for icons.

The fix is easy. Expect it to be in dunst 1.4.

All unit tests passed and the tilda is resolved in paths..

I am using version 1.5 (Debian bullseye package and master branch) and I experience the issue where the ~ does not resolve in ìcon_path:

icon_path = ~/.local/share/icons/default/16x16/actions/:~/.local/share/icons/default/16x16/devices/:~/.local/share/icons/default/16x16/devices/

does not resolve and yields WARNING: No icon found in path: 'dialog-information' for while sending a standart notification while

icon_path = /home/loic/.local/share/icons/default/16x16/actions/:/home/loic/.local/share/icons/default/16x16/devices/:/home/loic/.local/share/icons/default/16x16/devices/

works whitout any issue.

On the other hand, the icon option in urgency_* resolves ~.

This won't be an issue as soon as icon themes replace icon path (see #864)
