History ignore is reset if multiple rules are set

In #745 the following bug was reported, in a configuration with >=2 if the first rule sets history_ignore that setting is reset when applying the second rule.
e.g.

[mpdnotify]
   appname = "mpdnotify"
   history_ignore = yes

[play_sound]
    summary = "*"
    script = ~/.local/bin/etc/alert
