A better RSS Feed for Hacker News.

- Inline links to images, videos, tweets, etc.. (Inlines almost all of the 210 services supported by http://embed.ly/ )
- Inline articles, blog post, forums, etc in the feed using readability.
- Content cache so you don't have to fetch the content of articles each time the feed is requested
- Score threshold configurable
- Show comments in feed
