Create test output dir if it doesn't exist #35

If the default TestNg listeners are disabled, the test output directory will not be created, and reportng won't be able to generate the reports.

Changed outputDirectory.mkdir() to outputDirectory.mkdirs() in HTMLReporter.java and JUnitXMLReporter.java
