When 'get smartdeposit info' API method is called -> switch state from 'waiting' to 'received'

(using function from 185)

p.s.
Но нужно пройтись по всему списку транзакций и найти где сумма и адреса сходятся.
транзакция считается завершенной, если у нее есть 20 подтверждений
