Yep, but jQ isn't, and it's rather a small change.

It might be better to separate them into a Frameworks heading and a Tools heading, to accomodate for other non-framework tools like MooTools, Underscore, etc (if/when they are added). That way it's clear which are which.

Edit: Upon further thought, Libraries is probably a better name than Tools.

Tools and libraries is kind of vague though. 80% of the resources on the list are libraries or tools. I'm thinking about pulling jQuery out of frameworks and just make a top level category.

@dypsilon Agreed, both are very vague. Meaningfully categorizing the plethora of JS libraries available is a hard problem.
