Mostly bug fixing

The deep extractor was not running as expected

  • What is the new behavior (if this is a feature change)? If possible add a screenshot.

Split the deep extractor to p59 and p60
little improvements on other extraction modules

  • Does this PR introduce a breaking change? (What changes might users need to make in their application due to this PR?)

extractor should work more efficient and a lot faster
