Support animated gifs

It would be cool if you could upload gifs (especialy animated ones) into pump.io. For now I get the following:

Now that I reread the message, it seems that 'identify' (a programm part of imagemagick) is called, but that fails. Maybe imagemagick is build without gif support on this instance?
