Redmine SLAdiator Plugin

The Redmine SLAdiator plugin integrates Redmine with SLAdiator.

Compatibility

This plugin is known to work with redmine v1.4 and v2.1.

Installation

  • Place the plugin into /path_to/redmine/plugins (redmine v2.1) or /path/to/redmine/vendor/plugins (redmine v1.4).

  • The name of the plugin's directory/folder should be redmine_sladiator.

  • Run “bundle install” (for redmine v1.4 only).

  • Restart redmine.

Configuration

Once a redmine project is properly confiugred (for SLAdiator), data will be automatically sent to SLAdiator, whenever an new issue is created/edited/deleted.

To configure a project's SLAdiator settings go to the SLAdiator tab (in the project menu):

  • Enter your “SLA token” from the “SLA configuration” page on sladiator.com.

  • Click Ping to test the connection (also checks if the SLA Token is valid).

  • Click Sync if you want to send all existing issues to SLAdiator.

Data sent to SLAdiator

  • project identifier

  • project name

  • issue id

  • tracker name (Bug, Feature, etc.)

  • priority name (Low, Normal, etc.)

  • issue status name (New, In Progress, etc.)

  • issue resolution (Open, Closed): this value comes from the issue status (it's “is_closed” attribute)

  • issue resolution date: the last date when the issue was resolved (“resolution” changed to “Closed”)

  • issue due date

  • issue created date

  • issue updated date

  • issue assignee login

  • issue assignee email

  • issue labels

  • issue status changes (date, status from, status to)

  • issue relationships (duplicate, related, etc.)
