This PR upgrades all the (dev) dependencies that were behind on major versions. The update-package-lock action automatically updates patch and minor versions daily. Those don't trigger a release though, so this release will roll up all of the recent dependency updates.
I'm aware that html2canvas has some regressions between 1.0.0 and its current release (1.4.1), specifically some weird text that can be seen at the top of the
all-tagstest, introduced with html2canvas@1.1.0. That said I'm assuming that there are more positives than negatives in the new versions - andnpmusers can always use overrides to specify their preferred dependency version.
