Jetty version out of date

I got bit by this today. scalatra/sbt-scalatra#27 indicates that such has happened before.

When adding the latest release of awscala to a brand-new project based on the scalatra/scalatra.g8 template as of scalatra/scalatra.g8@1319e37 , I get this error:

This was a problem in Jetty that was fixed in 9.4.8 via jetty/jetty.project#1692.

I noticed that the template uses the latest sbt-scalatra.

Noting the change made to resolve scalatra/sbt-scalatra#27, I see that xsbt-web-plugin is behind.

Dropping this snippet into build.sbt fixed the problem as a workaround.
