add Uninstall icon to the eD folder on Windows

The installer created Startup folder for easyDiffraction contains a link to the executable only. There should also be a link/icon to the uninstaller

Also, there is one too many levels of easyDiffraction, or more correctly, the top level should be renamed to easyScience, considering we might want to install multiple apps based on eS in one folder.
