Allow extra Postfix commands

• Convert sed format into envsubst format to allow more ENV vars to be used, without needing to modify entrypoint script
• Add generic ${MT_POSTFIX_OPTIONS} variable that allows setting arbitrary postfix options.

In my particular use case, I need to set the Postfix mynetworks field to allow remote ingress from other test services.
