    Search load path for htmlunit

    bernerdschaefer authored
Instead of requiring you to use the bundled version HtmlUnit, akephalos
now searches the load path for a version of HtmlUnit. The akephalos
command also now supports a --use-htmlunit-snapshot option, which will
download the latest snapshot to vendor/htmlunit to be used instead of
    the bundled version of HtmlUnit.

    Version 0.0.2

    bernerdschaefer authored
    * Refactor classes dealing with HTMLUnit to expose a standard API for
use from Capybara driver, instead of extending the actual HTMLUnit
      classes.
    * Define NameError::Message#dump for exception portability across
      platforms.
