UI Bug: Sidebar remains in light theme when "Enable Dark Mode" is activated

Describe the bug

When the "Enable Dark Mode" option is checked, the main content area of the application correctly switches to a dark theme. However, the left sidebar remains in its original light theme, creating a visual inconsistency.

To Reproduce

Steps to Reproduce:

Navigate to the application's main page.

In the "Analysis Controls" panel on the sidebar, check the "Enable Dark Mode" checkbox.

Observe the application's theme.

Expected behavior

Only the main content area and background switch to dark mode. The sidebar's background and text colors do not change.
