The gdb test suites against multiple versions have bitrotted and not kept up to date. This PR, plus [gerrit](https://git.eclipse.org/r/c/cdt/org.eclipse.cdt/+/178819 and creation of jobs on https://ci.eclipse.org/cdt/view/Debug/ refreshes everything.
