When using the (slightly customized by me) Notepad++ theme, installed on Eclipse/Juno w. PDT, I get the syntax highlighting kind of messed up.

Here is a screenshot of a class file (a part of a plugin for WordPress I am developing using PHP OOP):

Here is a screenshot of the same file when using the default syntax highlighting, which is okay:

I am having the same problem. After installing eclipse color theme and choosing Notepad++ it is giving the Java colors in my php editor. It seems not to be recognizing php. My file associations are working as they all load correctly into the php editor. Am I missing something dumb? I don't want to have to change all the colors by hand, but I can't stand having single and double line comments 2 different colors, aargh! Please someone help.
