Crossing i's and dotting t's for a 0.1.0 release

This pull request cleans up a lot of small things:

• README updates, versions, updated links (including documentation), more detailed build instructions, add copyright notice
• I managed to at least generate an updated PDF for the documentation, that one is hosted in the assets branch and the updated README links to it
• updated the documentation header files to consistently refer to the project as Eclipse Cyclone DDS
• removed left-over junk from the initial contribution in the preprocessor and the configuration editing tool, such as lingering old product names, hooks for adding licensing — I am of the firm opinion that license checks have no place in this project
• fixed the configuration editing tool so that it actually works again
• removed a copyright claim added to the output of the IDL preprocessor
• removed an accidental copyright claim on an otherwise unmodified 3rd party source file, as per the request of the IP review
