Change state machine delay logging #1047

What do you think about removing the logging of state machine delays or making it configurable?
It adds every five seconds three new lines to the log and makes it more difficult for me to read the logs. As I don't see much benefit, I would say removing of these logs is fine. But maybe I just don't know how these log entries should be read?
