Feature Request

To make E2E test work, all the projects needs to register a printClasspath task by themselves, it would be nice to have it provided by edc-build plugin

Which Areas Would Be Affected?

e.g., DPF, CI, build, transfer, etc.

Why Is the Feature Desired?

Are there any requirements?

Solution Proposal

If possible, provide a (brief!) solution proposal.
