The contextual palette is not displayed were the mouse click has been made

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a Robot Flow model and a Topography diagram
2. The following action should be performed quickly:
   2a. Move Capture Subsystem
   2b. While the edge animation is resolved, click on GPU
   2c. Move the cursor away from GPU

Expected behavior

The palette should be displayed where the click has been made.

Actual behavior

It may need some try, but mostly le palette will be displayed where the cursor is after (2c).
