Provide the data fetchers used by the representations #1312
Description
The core behavior of Sirius Components relies on having some data fetchers which are currently located in Sirius Web. Giving access to those data fetchers directly in Sirius Components would allow consumers of Sirius Components to setup their Sirius Components based application more easily.
This will mostly be a transfer of code from Sirius Web to Sirius Components.
