Provide some example parametric SVGs in the default application

#1316 added support for parametric SVG images, but the Sirius Web application does not provide any concrete example/implementation. This makes it hard to test this feature, but this is critical when changing layout like we are doing at the moment.
Sirius Web should provide one or two example parametric SVGs that can be used directly.
