Checkboxes on forms representations are not grayed when read-only

Steps to reproduce

When the current user only has READ access to the current project, he should be able to see a form representation, but not be able to edit any. This is ok, but all clickable widgets in the form representations should be grayed.

It is not the case for checkboxes.

Expected behavior

Checkbox is grayed when read only.

Actual behavior

Checkbox is not grayed when read only.
