Add default free space at the bottom of full filled compartment

Expected behavior

From full filled compartment, it will be useful to have some space after the last element of the list.
This space could be used to create an other element for example or to drag and drop something in the compartment when this one is full filled. Indeed, you cannot have the compartment palette tool from a full filled compartment because you always click on element from the compartment instead of the compartment.
Goal : add free space left to access the tools for children creation.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Some hacks from the specifier can be found but it’s weird to do this bypass for such a simple need.
