User should be able to reduce the size lower than default size #2823
Description
User cannot reduce size of its node if the new size is lower than default size.
- I have checked that this bug has not yet been reported by someone else
- I have checked that this bug appears on Chrome
- I have specified the version : 2023.12.0
- I have specified my environment : Window 11
Steps to reproduce
Reduce the size of a node lower than the default size (used at creation of node for example).
Expected behavior
User should be able to reduce the size of a node under the default size.
Actual behavior
User can reduce the size of a node if the new size is lower than default size.
