Edge creation tools no longer show feedback about the target node's compatiblity

This is regression compared to 2021.12.0.

When using a specific edge creation tool (not the new generic connector), we used to have visual feedback (specific mouse cursor) when hovering on a target node to indicate if the edge creation was possible with that target.
This feedback is no longer available.
