AFAICT, there's no reason at all why a late field must be declared in the initializer section of a class body. So in determining the extent of the initializer, we should ignore late fields. This potentially makes Ceylon's rather heavy-handed initialization checking a fair bit more manageable!

Pfff. In fact this is already what the spec says and what the typechecker does. Closing.

I have now completely relaxed checking of uninitialized late attributes, which makes things even more flexible.
