support new npm:"module-name" syntax #6875

@chochos we now support this new syntax for specifying the name of a module in a foreign repo system:

module ceylon.browser npm:"ceylon-browser" "1.3.2" { ... }

But it needs to be wired into the NPM integration.

So let me understand this... ceylon.browser is the module (and package) name to be used in Ceylon code, and ceylon-browser is the name of the npm module?
