Only force user to set push registry if they tried to create a codewind project, or have the codewind source enabled #1469

Only force user to set push registry if they tried to create a codewind project, or have the codewind source enabled

- Cache template sources per-connection
    - Can now access template sources from Registries page
    - Fixes eclipse/codewind#1469
- Cancel registry addition if namespace step is exited
    - eclipse/codewind#1621
- Add warning that namespace is lost when switching push registries
    - Fixes eclipse/codewind#1421
