DL4J: Improve exception for invalid YOLO config #6584

New shape length doesn't match original length: [23660] vs [20280]. Original shape: [4, 30, 13, 13] New Shape: [4, 5, 7, 13, 13]

It seems to be a common error where users don't correctly size the last convolutional layer in their network before the YOLO layer. Currently, they get this obscure shape error. Better: an exception that tells them exactly what the likely cause is, and what they should do to fix it.
