Keras time distributed dense layer output shape incorrect #8278

Observed Issue:
A time distributed dense layer can be imported into DL4J without exceptions. However the output shape of the time distributed layer is 2d when it should be 3d. Values look right. Might just be a matter of adding a reshape after.

Not entirely sure if keras time distributed layer is supported. According to the docs it's not..
Maybe the docs just need updating.
