[Sec] Kura firewall rules bypassed with IPv6 #956

The firewall rules set by Kura can be bypassed using IPv6. The Kura install scripts, for installers that include network management, should disable IPv6 on the host system. We will remove this once we add proper support to IPv6 in Kura.

@cdealti @MMaiero I tested on a RPi 2 and it seems to work as expected.
