Use changeLaneRelative() to pin vehicle to lane #5178
Currently, vehicles change to the right, if changeLane(vehID, 0, duration) is called - this should pin vehicles to their current lane. Further the laneIndex should also be applicable with negative values to allow bidirectional specification of relative target.
