Description: Connection to the 'Redis' key/value store using the
  C-language client library 'hiredis'. 'MsgPack' encoding is optional
  if the 'RcppMsgPack' package is detected. You can install via from
  the 'ghrr' drat repository listed below.
SystemRequirements: The hiredis library (eg via package libhiredis-dev on
  Debian/Ubuntu, hiredis-devel on Fedora/RedHat, or directly from source 
  from https://github.com/redis/hiredis) is required. MsgPack support is
  activated if the (optional) RcppMsgPack package is detected; it can be
  installed from the ghrr drat (see Additional_repositories below).
