Highlight own Open Ethnographer annotations when viewing a topic #89

As requested by our researcher, there should be a way to quickly distinguish Open Ethnographer annotations when viewing a topic: which ones one has created oneself, and which ones have been created by others. There is no need to show a difference between those of two other authors though.

Proposal: Show own annotations in yellow (like now), but show others' annotations in gray. This will highlight the own annotations, and there will be no big visual mess when own and others' annotations overlap as Annotator.js will show a mixed color – but that is simply a gray-ish yellow.

Should also include to actually tell the username of who created an annotation when hovering over the highlighted text and looking at the Annotator.js overlay that appears then.
