Updated toolchain(includes critical mingw patch) WIN11 USERS SHOULD UPDATE! TO AVOID POTENTIAL BUG.

IMPORTANT: If you are first using this addon, make sure you have the audio files that available in the zip of the first release. Otherwise obs will crash on this version.
