Dash char on class name when using --class-prefix #251

When I use the --class-prefix option, it creates invalid class names.
Example:

<xs:element name="transaction-details" minOccurs="0" maxOccurs="unbounded">
...
</xs:element>

then running:
scalaxb --class-prefix ACTF -p com.example -d ../scala/com/example/ ./Example.xsd

Creates:
case class ACTFTransaction-detail()

(which on the other hand, is also an issue since it is creating a case class without constructor arguments, instead of a case object)
