I'm still working on scalaxb2, but xsd side is completely re-written to use treehugger. I need to get that stabilized, and rewrite wsdl to use that. I can keep this pull req open so I can use it as a reference, but it won't be stringly typed impl in the new one.

Sorry I haven't made much progress on scalaxb2. I'm merging #259 that makes it configurable, and close this.
