TTGO LoRa32 Bluetooth/WiFi MAC Address Transmitter

This is a device intended to provide the capability to detect the presence of devices in an area, and allow that data to be received from a significant distance. This is useful for tracking neighborhood ingress and egress, and collecting evidence of actors operating within a given space. Think of it like a micro stingray device.
