Need to test this fully to validate a user's claimed setup, but apparently a global +n cannot devoice a user with a channel +v via normal channel commands if the channel is set to +autovoice. If they try to, the user is revoiced by the bot.
Should this functionality exist? Should autovoice protect a user's voice status, or just voice upon joining a channel if they have the +v flag? This seems to go contrary to settings such as protectop and protectfriend
