  1. Don't replace “==” in SCM conflict markers

    SCMs such as git add sequences of equals signs to mark conflicts in files
    and these should not be replaced.

    the pattern will now match a space character or end-of-word after “not”.
    this means that both “not(a<b)” and “not a” will work correctly:
    
    	not a     →  ¬a
    	not(a<b)  →  ¬(a<b)
