GCSA2 broken via edge_max change #64

My recent changes to edge_max ee81ac8 have broken GCSA2 builds for large chromosomes. I think the problem involves missing kmers on the start and end nodes in the graph. I haven't got a small test case, but will try to establish one as this doesn't come up for the integrated GCSA2 build.
