Hotfix 3.0.1 - Fix Windows connectivity issue

Windows Wallets experienced few connections issues, this release aim to fix it.
[BC-5] Accessing "About Bullion Vault" crashes for some UI languages
[BC-4] Remove references to anonymization
[BC-3] Staking analysis tooltip should be triggered in a smaller area
[BC-1] Vault only connects to the two initial fixed peers in Windows
